Todd Dietrick

Huntington Hospital of Pasadena, California has named Todd Dietrick medical director of its joint replacement program at Huntington Hospital. Dietrick has been practicing orthopedics as an attending surgeon at Huntington Hospital since 2004, and has previously chaired its orthopedic quality committee, total joint program and orthopedic section.

 

The Folsom, California-based Encompass Health Solutions named Ramon Terrazas its medical director. A specialist in occupational and environmental medicine, Terrazas is a fire surgeon for the San Francisco Fire Department and serves on the University of Pennsylvania Occupational Medicine Residency Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Preventive Medicine, is board-certified in occupational medicine, holds an MPH from the Medical College of Wisconsin and an MD from Harvard Medical School. Terrazas is a fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, has served for nearly a decade on the board of directors for the Western Occupational and Environmental Medical Association, and has spent two decades on the board of directors of Northern California’s largest Federally Qualified Community Health Center: La Clinica de la Raza in Oakland.

 

William Sander

Sentry Data Systems Inc. promoted William Sander to the newly created position of chief revenue officer. Sander holds a PharmD, and spent 25 years in health care, starting out as a director of pharmacy. He has been a director of radiology, corporate director of pharmacy and vice president of a pharmacy outsourcing company before transitioning to sales.

 

Watercrest Senior Living Group has named Robert Harwood Community Relations Director of Watercrest Lake Nona Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. Harwood specialized in retirement planning for insurance and financial services for more than 20 years before entering the senior living industry in 2010.

 

Heritage Health Solutions Inc. has named Hamilton Baiden executive vice president and general manager. Most recently, Baiden was executive vice president of sales at Avella Specialty Pharmacy, where he worked for 13 years. He has worked for MedImmune, Serono, and Daiichi and Sanofi, and holds an undergraduate degree from The Citadel.

 

Charles Stacey

Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs appointed Accera Pharmaceuticals president-CEO Charles Stacey to its board of governors. Prior to joining Accera, Stacey worked with Inventages, ran a medical device company, and worked for a number of early-stage healthcare companies.

 

Civitas Senior Living named Misty Miller its chief wellness officer. Miller has been its director of nursing, regional health service director, and vice president of clinical services. She is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in science.

 

Mark El-Tawil

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Phoenix, Arizona has named Mark El-Tawil its CFO. El-Tawil joins the company from P3 Health Group, where he was CFO.

 

WellBridge Healthcare of Dallas, Texas has named Soni Helmicki CEO of the WellBridge Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Helmicki is a behavioral health executive with degrees in psychology and gerontology from the University of Dallas and the University of North Texas, respectively.

 

Rockwell Medical Inc. of Wixom, Michigan has named Jim McCarthy senior vice president of corporate and business development and Stuart Paul as CEO. McCarthy previously served as a business development consultant for Rockwell, spent 25 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb, and holds an MBA from Indiana University.

 

Jamie A. Harper

Verisys Corporation has named Jamie A. Harper its COO. Harper was most recently COO for Sorenson Media Inc.; he holds a CPA and an MBA.

 

Repro Med Systems Inc. of Chester, New York named Donald B. Pettigrew its president and chief commercial officer. Pettigrew spent 23 years in the medical device industry, including at Moog Inc., Baxter (formerly Gambro) and Boston Scientific.

 

Bambu Global of Lowell, Massachusetts added Sean O’Brien as senior vice president of product management. O’Brien has nearly 30 years of experience in product development, marketing, sourcing, retail and sales. He formerly served as president of Honeywell Global Retail, was senior director of product merchandising for Converse, and held senior product marketing roles with Wilson Sporting Goods and New Balance.

 

Cristina Boccuti

West Health of San Diego, California named Cristina Boccuti director of health policy at the Gary and Mary West Health Policy Center. Boccuti was most recently associate director of the Kaiser Family Foundation program on Medicare policy. She has also held positions at the Urban Institute and the Government Accountability Office.

 

Brooks Automation Inc. of Chelmsford, Massachusetts has added Michael Rosenblatt to its board of directors. Rosenblatt is CMO of Flagship Pioneering and a former CMO of Merck.

 

Bon Secours Health System and Mercy Health have merged. John M. Starcher Jr. was named president-CEO, Brian Smith is COO. Wael Haidar is chief clinical officer; Debbie Bloomfield is CFO. David Cannady has been named chief strategy officer, and Mark Nantz is chief administrative officer. Jeff Oak is chief enterprise risk officer, Michael Bexney is chief legal officer, Sam Ross is chief community health officer, and Anne Lutz is chief sponsorship and mission officer. Joe Gage is chief human resources officer, Sandra Mackey is chief marketing officer, and Andrea Mazzoccoli is chief nursing officer. Thom Morris is chief sponsorship and theology officer and Fr. Joseph Cardone is chief mission officer.

of Foster City, California has named Gayle Mikhail, Anna Maher and Tim Ballesteros as regional vice presidents in Georgia, Oregon, Washington and Florida.

 

Sena J. Lee

Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery of Sarasota, Florida has added Sena J. Lee. Lee has a medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and a doctorate in immunology from Rockefeller University in New York City, and was also an assistant professor at Washington University School of Medicine.

 

Z-Medica of Wallingford, Connecticut named Joshua Hazelton its chief medical officer. Hazelton is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and currently serves as an attending trauma surgeon, the director of trauma research, and is associate trauma medical director at Cooper University Health System.
